⚑ The Detox · your 4-month foundation

Why the order matters

Four months, four phases, in this exact order. The order IS the protocol β€” get it wrong and you'll feel worse than when you started. This page is the map and the why. Tap any month for your daily card.

🚰 Read this first

Detox and drainage are not the same thing. Drainage is your body's exit routes β€” colon, liver and bile ducts, lymph, brain. Detox is actively pulling toxins out of hiding.

If you pull toxins out before the exits are open, they get reabsorbed. Your liver dumps them into bile, the bile goes into your gut, and the bacteria in your gut unbind them and send them straight back into your bloodstream. That is why day four of a cleanse feels like death. You didn't detox. You moved the poison around and drank it again.

🟑 So we open the drains first, and we always run a binder. A binder grabs what you mobilized and carries it out of your body instead of letting it recirculate. That is the entire difference between this protocol and a herbal cleanse off Amazon. Same herbs. Different order.

Systemic Detox
Mold, mycotoxins, heavy metals.

🟒 One phase at a time. About a month each. In order. Parasites come early on purpose β€” they are sponges for heavy metals, and mold literally lives inside them. Clear them first and you release what they were hiding, so the later phases can actually reach it.

πŸ“– Why each month exists

βš–οΈ The four rules that never change

1. One phase at a time, in order. About a month each. The order is the protocol. Skipping ahead is how people get hurt.

2. A binder is not optional. Without one, everything you mobilize gets reabsorbed. You've just poisoned yourself on purpose. And keep your parasite products 1 hour away from your binder β€” the binder would grab them too.

3. Water, movement, and a daily bowel movement. Non-negotiable. If you're not going daily, you're not draining. Stop and fix that before anything else.

4. Slow is fast. Feeling worse means your drains can't keep up. Back off, support drainage, keep going. Don't power through.

πŸ”΄ On medication, pregnant, nursing, or managing a diagnosed condition? Talk to your doctor before you start. Binders bind medication too β€” including birth control and thyroid meds. Space them well apart, and get real guidance if you have a real medical situation.

πŸ’¦ The second exit β€” sweat

Your body has more than one way out. Everything in the four months above works one exit: stool. Binders grab what's been mobilised and carry it out through your gut. That's the exit that has to open first, and it's why we obsess over a daily bowel movement.

But it isn't the only one. Sweat is a real, measurable second route β€” and it's the one almost nobody uses on purpose.

🟑 The most useful thing to know: a sauna session can drain a serious amount of sodium and other minerals along with whatever else leaves in the sweat. That is exactly why the Minerals module exists alongside this one. If you add sauna, you have to add minerals β€” the two aren't separate ideas, one creates the need for the other. Split your minerals 50% before the session and 50% straight after.

Where to start β€” and it is nowhere near where the internet starts. The well-documented self-experiments run 20 minutes at 200Β°F, daily. That person's own first week produced night cramps bad enough to wake him and wrecked his sleep, and he describes it as crashing him harder than anything else he'd tried. You are starting this tired. Begin around 170Β°F, 15 minutes, 3 times a week, and don't stack it on top of a hard training session while you're still adapting. Build from there over a month or two.

Dry heat is the version with the research behind it. Traditional dry sauna runs 10–20% humidity at high temperature. Infrared cabins generally can't get much above 150Β°F and steam rooms cap around 115Β°F, so neither reproduces the conditions the studies used. If you only have access to infrared, it's not nothing β€” it's just not the same thing.

πŸ”΄ Do not start here if: you're pregnant, you have a heart condition or unmanaged blood pressure, or you're on medication that dilates your blood vessels or drops your blood pressure. Sauna is a powerful vasodilator β€” stacked on top of drugs that do the same thing it can make you faint. If you've ever gone lightheaded during hard exercise, talk to your doctor before your first session, go low and short, hydrate hard, and don't do the first few alone.
πŸ’¬ Being straight with you about the evidence. The dramatic before-and-after toxin results you'll see quoted come from uncontrolled self-experiments on one person who was simultaneously running a hundred other interventions, so they can't prove the sauna did it. The large sauna-and-mortality studies are Finnish population data with real confounds. What we're confident saying is narrower and still worth your time: toxins accumulate, sweat is a genuine route out, and heat exposure has solid cardiovascular data behind it. That's the honest version, and it's enough.

πŸ›’ Your kit

Your CellCore kit is included in your program β€” it ships to your door, and each month page has your exact daily card built from it. You never have to figure out doses or sequencing; we already did.

Prefer to source it yourself? Every month page has a "Sourcing it yourself" toggle with off-the-shelf equivalents. Same protocol, same order β€” that's the part that matters.

🟑 One thing to ignore, whatever you buy: you'll see fulvic and humic products marketed as "carrying minerals into your cells." As a binder, humic and fulvic acids are legitimate and widely used β€” that's what they're for here. As a magic cellular delivery system, that claim has never been tested in a human being. Buy the binder. Ignore the marketing.
