Open the exits before you mobilize anything. Nothing gets killed this month — we're building the road out first, and putting back the minerals you're running on empty.
That's the exit. If it's not open, nothing else works — and we don't move to Month 2, no matter how good you feel. Month 2 is when we start killing things, and everything they're holding has to have somewhere to go.

🧠 The whole month in one sentence: Binder when you wake up and before bed. Everything else with your meals.
Why the binder goes alone: a binder can't tell the difference between a mycotoxin and your zinc — it grabs both. So we put it in the two moments your stomach is already empty: first thing when you wake up, and last thing before bed. Leave at least an hour before you eat. It'll bind medication too — including thyroid meds and birth control — so keep those well away from it.
💩 Magnesium — which one? Start with citrate (that's the one below). Half a teaspoon at bed, and go up every few nights until you're going every day. Once you're regular, you can switch to glycinate if you'd rather have the sleep benefit without the bowel effect. Same slot, same time, different form.
🥑 Potassium comes from food, not a pill. You need 3,500–4,700mg a day and no capsule can legally hold that much. Potatoes, avocado, beans, squash, leafy greens, salmon, yogurt. This is the one where you just have to eat.
Your liver is the filter and your kidneys are the drain. If they're sluggish, nothing leaves. NAC is the one that matters most in here — it's what your liver uses to build glutathione.
This is the "Energy" half of the month. Draining costs energy — moving your bowels, filtering your liver, pumping your lymph all run on ATP. CoQ10 is an actual working part of the electron transport chain inside your mitochondria, which is where ATP gets made.
1 tablet with breakfast. Or a sheet of nori/seaweed instead.
Heads up — your sea salt does NOT cover this. Unrefined salt has almost no iodine; only refined iodized table salt does. Your thyroid hormone is literally built out of iodine, so this one matters.

⭐ One optional upgrade: Sulforaphane.
It's not part of the core four, but it's the single best-evidenced detox supplement that exists — randomized trials actually measured people clearing toxins faster on it. If you want one extra, make it this one. Avmacol — Buy on Amazon →

😵 If you feel worse, that's not it working. It means things are moving faster than your drains can carry them. Back off — don't push through. Cut the dose, drink more water, keep walking, and message me. Slow is fast.
🧬 Your peptides are personalized. Kyle assigns them based on your labs and your goals. Most people start with Retatrutide and NAD+. They'll be added here once we've talked.
