Sanitize.Wipe the rubber top of your peptide vial AND your BAC water with an alcohol pad. Let it dry.

Draw your BAC water.Pull the amount of bacteriostatic (BAC) water your protocol calls for into the syringe.

Add it slow.Insert the needle at an angle and let it run gently down the inside wall of the vial. Never blast it straight onto the powder.

Swirl, don't shake.Gently roll the vial until it fully dissolves. Shaking shears the peptide. It should go clear.

Check it.Clear with no floaties = good. Cloudy, colored, or particles floating = don't use it.

Swab.Clean the vial top and your injection site — lower belly, a couple inches out from the navel, or the love handles. Rotate the spot every time.

Draw your dose.Pull to the exact unit line on the syringe your protocol gives you.

Clear the air.Tap the syringe so bubbles rise, nudge the plunger to push them out, back to your line.

Pinch & insert.Pinch a little fat, insert the tiny needle at 45–90°, all the way in. It barely registers — these needles are hair-thin.

Push slow.Steady pressure until the dose is in. Count to three, then pull straight out.

Dispose.Needle goes straight into a sharps container. Never recap it, never reuse it.

Sterile, or don't bother
Swab every rubber top and every skin site, and never let the needle touch anything but clean skin. With good technique the only real risk is contamination — so remove it. Clean beats fast, every time.

Swirl — never shake
Peptides are fragile chains of amino acids. Shaking physically shears them apart and kills the potency you paid for. A gentle swirl until clear is all it takes, every single time.

Rotate your sites
Injecting the same spot day after day builds up lumps and irritation and the tissue stops absorbing well. Move around your belly and flanks so every site stays healthy.

One needle, one time
Insulin needles are single-use. A reused needle is dull (that's what actually makes a shot hurt) and no longer sterile. Fresh pin every dose, then straight into the sharps container.

Cold and clear
Keep reconstituted vials cold, and eyeball every dose before you draw it: clear = go, cloudy or colored or floating bits = toss it. When in doubt, don't inject it.

Does it hurt?
Barely. Insulin needles are far thinner than what you're picturing — most people feel a tiny pinch or nothing at all. A fresh, sharp needle is the trick (see rule 4).
I saw a small air bubble — is that dangerous?
For a subcutaneous (into-the-fat) shot, a small bubble won't hurt you — but tap it out anyway so your dose is accurate.
I missed a dose — do I double up?
No. Just resume your normal schedule with the next dose. If you're unsure, ask in the group.
How long does a reconstituted vial last?
Weeks in the fridge, but it varies by peptide — check your protocol page for the specific one.
Can I combine two peptides in one shot?
Only if your protocol says so. Otherwise draw and inject them separately. When in doubt, ask Kyle.
